Refund Policy: 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Pulsar Innovations provides refunds for its startup acceleration programs, consulting services, workshops, and events. This policy is designed to align with common industry standards while ensuring fairness to both participants and our team.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• Startup acceleration and incubation programs

• Consulting and advisory services

• Paid workshops, trainings, and events

Unless otherwise stated in writing, this policy applies to all purchases made through Sayama Ventures.

2. Event & Program Cancellation Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility is based on the number of days prior to the scheduled start date that a written cancellation request is received.

• 7 days or more before the start date: 100% refund

• 3–6 days before the start date: 75% refund

• 2–3 days before the start date: 50% refund

• 1–2 days before the start date: 25% refund

• Less than 24 hours before the start date or no-shows: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

3. Consulting Services

For consulting or advisory services:

• Refunds are only available for unused sessions.

• Once a session has been delivered, it is considered non-refundable.

• Any prepaid package cancellations will follow the refund schedule above, calculated from the date of the first scheduled session.

4. Retreats & Offsite Programs

Pulsar Innovations retreats and offsite programs require advance, non-recoverable commitments, including accommodations, venue bookings, meals, transportation, and third-party services.

As a result, refunds for retreats are subject to the following terms:

• 14 or more days before the retreat start date: 100% refund

• 7-14 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the retreat start date: No refund

If a participant withdraws after the retreat has begun or fails to attend, no refund will be issued.

Sayama Ventures strongly recommends that participants obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

• Completed consulting sessions or delivered services

• Digital materials, templates, or recordings once access has been granted

• Administrative or processing fees, if applicable

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Exceptions

Pulsar Innovations reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion in cases of extraordinary circumstances.

8. Policy Updates

Pulsar Innovations may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

Payment period: Credit card and mobile payments are processed immediately, bank transfers must be sent within 1 day of the date of order. 

Price: The price will be as stated on each product
